Count Your Blessings & cut your losses!

As 2009 comes to a close, many people will be breathing a sigh of relief,

saying “Phew - I’m glad I got through 2009!”

There are other people who are celebrating “What a great year I had in 2009!”

Whichever way you are moving into 2010 before the year starts how about dropping some “extra weight?”…

to set yourself free and gain more energy to launch into a Spectacular 2010!

We have heard so much about the power of Gratitude,

being thankful, keeping gratitude journals and writing thank you

lists, so lets go deeper into this by counting your blessings!

Where have you truly been blessed this year?

Create a daily “count your blessings list”

Family?

Health?

Achievements?

Friends?

Living your passion…

For some life itself is a blessing - to be able to wake up each day

and have another 24 hours to live!

If you had a difficult year? Ask yourself

“What did I learn?”

“Did I grow?”

“Is there an opportunity in what happened?”

Take a few moments and consider your blessings and if you want

to really start the year off with high energy and a surge of inspiration

add this daily list to your gratitudes,…

Remember to cut the guilt, worry and fear, by using the techniques
