Vision Board Success Secrets

LOOK BACK AND SEE THE FUTURE

“Looking ahead does not always lead to success. Sometimes it pays

to look in the other direction as well.

That, in fact, is one of the first survival lessons the early settlers learned

from the American Indian. An Indian, when he traveled, knew his position

on Earth from two directions, not just one. The Indian regularly stopped,

turned around - and looked back where he had been.

He saw again the landmarks he had just passed. But now he saw them the

way they’d appear on his way home. By looking backward, he saw

his future path.” - Except by Gaylord Briley

Looking back to see how far you have traveled is an essential step in achieving Success. It helps you by; keeping your energy high, staying motivated and working with the Law of Attraction.

When we “set sail for distant shores” - Set a goal and take action towards achieving that goal, we focus on and move toward the end result, always keeping our focus on what we want. This focus combined with constant and repetitive attention creates the neural pathways in the brain that help us notice the opportunities present in the environment and it also gives us inspired thoughts and intuitive hunches.

And so we journey and grow into the goal. Some goals take longer than others to manifest into reality and to help you keep “on track” and enthusiastic it helps to look back every so often.

Occasionally looking back to acknowledge what you have achieved, where you have come from and how far you have travelled really supports your self esteem and energy levels.

Success Breeds Success… Like Attracts Like!

On a “long haul” - long term goal, if we only focus on where we are going we are likely to feel burn out, tired and then the negative chatter begins in the mind. Doubts, fears and worries could set in, simply because the goal may still be a distant dream.

This is where “taking stock” acknowledging success and looking back to see how far you have come is not only a useful tool but essential to your Success.

A practical way to do this is to write a list of your achievements - Your Success List.

Every day or as often as possible list what you have done, how you have developed and how much you have experienced since you began your journey towards your goals. This will not only raise your self esteem, give you reason to feel proud but it also sends out a strong signal a resonance into the Universe that

You Achieve Your Intentions

and this will not only bring you faster results, but it will give you new, fresh ideas, more efficient action steps and you will feel energized and inspired to keep moving forward.

List 3 of Your Successes in each of these Areas:

Acknowledge and Celebrate all Wins and see how quickly you will achieve even more …

Remember What you focus on expands!

Enjoy
