Vision Board 2011- Easy as 1,2,3.

Considering creating a Vision Board for your dreams and goals for 2011?

Now is the time PRE NEW YEARS resolutions to start planning.

Here is the easiest and quickest way to start. Follow these 3 easy steps and in January I will give you the next easy steps to living the life of Your dreams in 2011.

Just by beginning this process you will get new ideas, inspiration and much needed momentum to help you achieve your goals and live the life of your dreams for 2011. These achievements don't come about by accident, even the most co-incidental event has some intention around it. Otherwise your reticular activating system (the part of your brain that acts like a spam filter) would not even notice the event.

STEP 1:

Think about what you really want. Start to notice or actively look for images that match your goals and dreams.

It is always useful and necessary to begin with the "end in mind" and write down what you want to achieve either by this time next year or as a general life goal.

STEP 2:

Find a poster board, a cork board, a spiral notebook or journal to use as a base for your pictures. Grab some scissors, glue and glitter pens or scrap booking items to decorate the pictures and words you choose to place on your Vision Board.

STEP 3:

Create the board with the images and words that you find most attractive and inspiring. Place the board somewhere you will enjoy looking at it and presto! the seeds are planted.

Just by beginning you will have set the wheels in motion for your dreams to take form inside you. make sure you love looking at your Vision Board and that when you glance at your board you instantly feel happy and optimistic.

There are a few more steps that I will share with you in the New Year to help you really get in tune with your board and to accelerate the manifestation and achievement of your dreams & goals.

This is plenty for you to do right now, its a busy time and I would rather you do a little at a time when you create your Dream Board, than put it all in the "too hard" basket. Most people never start because they just cant commit the time it takes to make a Vision Board, that is why I am bringing you this powerful process in do- able, easy "sound bites " of time.

To ensure YOUR Vision Board Success.

I want to hear about YOUR vision Board success, and if you have any challenges... share them, so I can coach you and help you achieve your goals.

How to manifest a Vision Board

Welcome to your… Vision Board Hot Tip May 2010

I have just returned from attending the www.DSWA.org Magnificent Celebration in LA, where I was privileged and

honored to conduct a Vision Board Class for the attendees. It was FABULOUS!

I love seeing the boards “come together” as you put your visions and dreams onto the paper. I get so excited as people share their hopes and dreams.(youtube link)

The creation of a Vision Board or Treasure Map enables you to see your desired end result. It brings your dreams out of the realm of the imagination and into reality with “molecules” which now give your goals a “frequency” and “vibration.”

More scientific studies are showing that what we pay attention to and focus on, creates new neural networks in the brain. The more you look at your board, focus, contemplate and enjoy the visions of your future reality, the more neural connections are made…

until you get a neural ‘superhighway’ which will help youto get new thoughts, ideas and action steps to fast track your results.

A great way to lay down new neural pathways is to set time aside

to contemplate and journal about what is on your Vision Board.

One effective contemplation technique that you can practice is to think about

and write down the answers to these questions.

Why do you want this goal?

How would you feel if you had it right now?

Who would you tell your good news to? - why?

How does it feel to share your success with these people?

For best results regularly (daily if possible) spend 5 minutes doing this type of focusing.

The more you focus on your end result, the quicker you will tip it into reality.

Cant wait to hear your stories

Happy Mothers Day to all Mothers!

Love,

Barbara

Vision Board Success Secrets

LOOK BACK AND SEE THE FUTURE

“Looking ahead does not always lead to success. Sometimes it pays

to look in the other direction as well.

That, in fact, is one of the first survival lessons the early settlers learned

from the American Indian. An Indian, when he traveled, knew his position

on Earth from two directions, not just one. The Indian regularly stopped,

turned around - and looked back where he had been.

He saw again the landmarks he had just passed. But now he saw them the

way they’d appear on his way home. By looking backward, he saw

his future path.” - Except by Gaylord Briley

Looking back to see how far you have traveled is an essential step in achieving Success. It helps you by; keeping your energy high, staying motivated and working with the Law of Attraction.

When we “set sail for distant shores” - Set a goal and take action towards achieving that goal, we focus on and move toward the end result, always keeping our focus on what we want. This focus combined with constant and repetitive attention creates the neural pathways in the brain that help us notice the opportunities present in the environment and it also gives us inspired thoughts and intuitive hunches.

And so we journey and grow into the goal. Some goals take longer than others to manifest into reality and to help you keep “on track” and enthusiastic it helps to look back every so often.

Occasionally looking back to acknowledge what you have achieved, where you have come from and how far you have travelled really supports your self esteem and energy levels.

Success Breeds Success… Like Attracts Like!

On a “long haul” - long term goal, if we only focus on where we are going we are likely to feel burn out, tired and then the negative chatter begins in the mind. Doubts, fears and worries could set in, simply because the goal may still be a distant dream.

This is where “taking stock” acknowledging success and looking back to see how far you have come is not only a useful tool but essential to your Success.

A practical way to do this is to write a list of your achievements - Your Success List.

Every day or as often as possible list what you have done, how you have developed and how much you have experienced since you began your journey towards your goals. This will not only raise your self esteem, give you reason to feel proud but it also sends out a strong signal a resonance into the Universe that

You Achieve Your Intentions

and this will not only bring you faster results, but it will give you new, fresh ideas, more efficient action steps and you will feel energized and inspired to keep moving forward.

List 3 of Your Successes in each of these Areas:

  • Over the last 6 Months

  • Over the last 12 - 36 Months

  • Over Your Whole Lifetime

Acknowledge and Celebrate all Wins and see how quickly you will achieve even more …

Remember What you focus on expands!

Enjoy

Do you have time for your life?

Do you have time for your life?

… to live, work, play, love and enjoy?

A day is made up of

1440 minutes (24 hours)

Our time is segmented

7 days per week,

365 days per year.

We all have the same amount of time.

What do you do with your time?

Are you in the “rat race” of overwhelm …

with way too much to do, too little time and not enough

resources to support all the things you want to do?

There is a great maxim - “Time equals Money”

But that is not necessarily true,

Time equals life!

The only currency we have is time!

How do you use the time you have… or rather how do you live the life you have?

Depending on your awareness, your level of consciousness, you will perceive the events of your life as either problems or opportunities.

You will either be chasing time and trying to “get it all done” while some people are wondering how to fill the day. There are others who feel truly blessed with every new moment to explore, to live and breathe and see life as timeless and use every minute as an opportunity achieve or experience something wonderful, no matter what their circumstances are.

How do you feel about your time, your life?

Write you answers.....and contemplate is this really how you want to live?

ex:

I feel blessed every waking moment.

I feel sad, overwhelmed and disappointed that I just cant get what I want.

Before we go racing too quickly into 2010 - the best year of your life…

and now that “Blue Monday” is done, how about creating some support structures to ensure you stay on track and achieve exactly what you want this year, including a balanced approach to enjoying all areas of your life.

1. Of course you know I am going to suggest a Vision Board! … because it will give you a clear vision of what you want and what the life you would love to live, actually looks like.

2. Get clear on your passion, there is a deep driving force within you that demands expression. When you are living your passion, your life will be flowing, on purpose, rich and full. There are different stages that may develop when you are living your passion, it could take a while to develop fully, it’s possible that it will evolve from a few different paths over some years. Be patient allow the deep inner passion to reveal itself through your daily experiences and live each day as fully as possible with passion.

3. Discover what your highest values are;

Freedom, family, money, security, contribution, community?

When you are really clear on what you value most and you spend your time in activities that honor your top 3-5 values, you will be amazed at how well life flows. Time seems to slow and the things you desire, manifest with ease and incredible speed.

4. Consider giving some structure or a timetable to your activities.

I always admire people who are structured, organized and plan their lives with methodical, logical application. In fact, I tend to attract these types of people to me as I am always eager to learn time efficient solutions to getting more done in less time.

Group “like activities” together; do all your phone calls at a specific time, take small jobs with you to do while waiting for an appointment, create a list of tasks, allocate a specific time to certain job, or person and stop when time is up. Schedule “play” time, when you let go and “let God”, you allow for those “aha” moments of awakening and inspiration. There are many time saving organizational strategies and tactics that you can implement and tailor to your lifestyle. Hire a coach and create your best plan of action.

5. Lastly, or maybe firstly, be fully present (and grateful if possible) in every moment of your life. Using “Present time consciousness”, you will be amazed how time will stand still. Things will flow, miracles will occur. You will be in the right place at the right time, doing what is right. You will feel an unstoppable force inside you awakening as you connect to your own inner power and life force. Surround yourself with beauty wherever possible, as this helps you stop and take notice and evoke gratitude.

Enjoy your time and the way you choose to live your life, let me know how these energy support tips work for you.

Wishing you peace and joy, beyond reason.

Love,

Barbara.

Vision Board Hot Tip - # 5 - Cosmic Insurance Policy!

You can get what you want in 3 - 30 Days!

Follow the easy 7 steps and create Your Vision Board (Treasure Map).

If you don’t get your goals in that time:

You may need more “juice” - motivation to get connected to your passion, or

You may need to take your foot OFF the brake.

To manifest your success faster and accurately

you need to understand the “ 7 Principles of Warp Speed Success.”

Warp Speed Principle # 5 - Cosmic Insurance Policy!

You have a Vision Board and you have the visual aspect of what you want.

The proven goal setting strategy is to “start with the end in mind”

and by using a well designed Vision Board, your brain and mind

can work with a holistic visual, verbal and physical “end result.”

Now, how do we ensure success?

Are you sure what you want is accurately represented

in the images on your board?

What if you added one simple concise statement that covers all bases:

“This, or something even better, manifests for me now,

in totally satisfying and harmonious ways,

for the highest good of all concerned”

This is quoted from Shakti Gawain’s book -

“Creative Visualization” where I first discovered the Treasure Map

process in 1990.

Please use this type of statement with your goal setting and action steps,

place it somewhere on your Vision Board and see how quickly

your dreams start to manifest.
