If the Law of attraction doesn’t deliver on time…?

If the Law of attraction doesn’t deliver on time…?

What do you do when the Law of Attraction sucks.

When the dreams and goals you have been working on remain elusive.

Do you find that:

  • You have been struggling and disappointed when things don’t turn out as expected?
  • Your dreams take longer to manifest than you thought?
  • Your Vision Board doesn’t inspire you as it once did?
  • Others tell you it cant be done and you are starting to believe them?

What is the best course of action that you can take in these situations?

Go on a Rampage!… (of appreciation)

This may seem counter intuitive and illogical… but we are talking about the LAW of ATTRACTION. One of the many definitions of the law of attraction is; “The Universe will bring you situations circumstances and events

according to your PREDOMINANT thoughts and feelings.

It doesn’t say according to your …wishes, hopes and faint desires.

It doesn’t say according to your …hard work, worry and fears.

It doesn’t say according to your… frustrations, disappointments and complaints.

Although frustration, disappointments, anger, worry and complaining are all normal logical reactions to when goals and dreams “don’t show up” on time. Allowing these emotional reactions to linger after the initial “hit” actually slows down any further progress.

The best way to continue manifesting your dreams and goals after the initial expression of your negative emotions...

(emotions are normal and MUST be expressed. It’s the “broken record” that hinders attraction. They say a problem shared is a problem halved - but if its shared over and over and over, again with all your friends, family and support teams, it will expand and grow.)

… is to let go and allow another universal law the law of least resistance” to support you in manifesting your desires, by accepting “What is…” as part of your journey and growth then the road blocks become stepping stones … growth and learning opportunities on the journey to your success.

Being appreciative of anything you can… will enhance your “I have” vibration.

Joe Vitale calls this the formula for miracles appearing in your life.

I first learned about Appreciation vs Gratitude from the book - “Ask and it is Given” by Ether Hicks.

RAMPAGE of APPRECIATION - a quick and easy ENERGY TIP to help you raise your energy to a higher level,

to get back in flow and on track to achieving your goals.

Having faith that what you want is its way to you, - and allowing TIME for attraction is crucial in the manifesting process.

To let go of worry, doubts and fears for a moment or two will release the tension around your goals and the negative

thoughts about what is going wrong.

True wisdom is applying and demonstrating knowledge. Going on a RAMPAGE of APPRECIATION

- definition: to recognize the full worth of - means doing something, not just thinking about it

stop

breath

and look around …

at what is in your life at this very moment and being grateful for…or appreciating it.

A quick distinction between Gratitude and Appreciation:

To be appreciative is "to recognize the full worth of " by noticing what is good about something or someone with out necessarily being emotionally connected to it/them.

Gratitude can often come with an emotion and feeling of relief, because you are grateful for something showing up that you didn’t have. Which is fine if you are focused in the present and grateful …but be aware that you are not contrasting your feelings of gratitude with the memory of what it was like before the item, person event showed up for you. You don’t want to amplify what was missing, now that it is here for you.

To appreciate the chair you are sitting on… means someone thought about it designed it and now you are using it. The computer you are using to read this Energy Tip, again someone designed it and someone stocked it in a store or online and made it available to you. Where you live, the car you drive, the people who support you, the people who serve you.

What else can you appreciate in this minute?

Write it down now…

Appreciate everything you can. This is a fast way to lift your energy, from the lower feeling place to the higher feeling place, or from the lower levels of consciousness and awareness to the higher more “winning” level of consciousness.

"We cannot be happy if we expect to live all the time at the

highest peak of intensity. Happiness is not a matter of intensity,

but of balance and order and rhythm and harmony." - Thomas Merton

I appreciate you and am grateful that you read these tips and practice these concepts to help you achieve your dreams!

Before You Make This Years Resolutions You Must Consider

How to “clear the deck” to catapult your

dreams and goals into 2011!

"This is the time of year people make resolutions they don't plan to keep!" Did you know 95% of all New Year's resolutions are either forgotten or broken by "Blue Monday", the third Monday in January?

If you want to achieve the New Years Resolutions and Goals that you are intending, there is a 5 step path to real success.

1. Choose which goals you will fully commit to.

2. Release any hurts, disappointments, resentments, fears and frustrations from this year. In order to move forward.

3. Decide which goals you will de-commit from or let go of. (You know those goals that you set, year after year and never achieve. it may be time to drop them altogether.

4. Complete, celebrate and acknowledge all last years and prior success to add momentum to the new year and activate your self confidence and courage.

5. Create your new "blueprint" by writing your goals down, having a collage a Vision Board, a Treasure Map or Dream Board… of your visions and a real action plan to achieve your dreams in 2011.

Do you set the same goals year after year with out really ever attaining them? If you do then you are giving your subconscious mind a very powerful message that you are not really wanting the goal you are setting. I am not talking about a long term goal that may take a few years to achieve, I am referring to the "frivolous" goals that are set with good intentions and then forgotten about or broken, each year.

Do you know which goals they are for you? Is it a weight or fitness goal? A relationship goal? An educational one? A financial one? Which one of these do you just keep meaning to follow through on, but never manage to find the time or have the willpower to "Just Do It".

Your Subconscious mind knows that you are not serious about having what you say you want and therefore, it will continue to sabotage the result, not because its your worst enemy, but because it's what it has been programmed for, year after year

Now, it's time to commit or to de-commit and its OK either way.

When you fully commit to a goal; then you can be confident about being guided to take the right actions steps to achieve your goals.

When you de- commit from a goal then you can be assured that you will release old heavy "baggage" and guilt that has held you back and it will give you a sense of freedom and new energy to allow the new goals to be achieved more easily and effortlessly.

You will be amazed at how much energy is "free-ed" up, once you actually let go of the old goals that you have been "should-ing" on your self about. In fact in some cases the mere fact of letting go and releasing the obligation and worry about the goal, gives it the space to manifest anyway.

Psychologists say that we can only consciously pay attention to 7 plus or minus 2 things at any one time, if there is more "on our plates" our attention units can become overwhelmed.

This is explained in Jack Canfield's recent work, "Success Principles", where he mentions this, discovered by a German psychologist, "who noticed that a waitress, who had not yet had the bill paid, could remember everything that was ordered for the meal even if there were eight people at the table, but as soon as the bill was paid, she could not remember half of it, which is good, as her mind was able to become "present" to focus on the next thing."

To free up your mind's attention units for the year:

  1. De- commit from unfinished, forgotten goals now.

2. Acknowledge yourself for anything you have achieved, celebrate it and declare it complete! As you have heard now, so many times:

"Like attracts like", "Success breeds success".

More success will come your way, when you "feel" successful, but you cannot feel successful if you do not look for and acknowledge your successes. The success can be major or minor. it doesn't matter. What matters is that you acknowledge yourself for whatever you did do. Write down now, your success's from last year.

3. And finally create a new (or update your old) goal "Blueprint" or Vision board to give your mind and brain the clearest vision of what you really want.

Vision Boards & The Tipping point

The elusive “tipping point” where all things converge, best said in Malcolm Gladwell’s words - “that magic moment when ideas, trends and social behaviors cross a threshold, tip and spread like wildfire.” and “ how little things can make a big difference.”

The tipping point in Vision Boards and Law of Attraction comes when you step into that new reality that you have envisioned. It’s well known as a “quantum leap.” It is common for some people to experience the quantum leap - tipping point within a few days of creating their Vision Board. It happens almost instantly. That is the type of story you hear on Oprah, when people say…” I put these pictures on this board and “it was like magic” it all fell into place for me.”

This instant Reality Shift after Making a Vision Board is very normal and I will explain to you why it happens for some people and not for others. Vision Boards have the potential to manifest for you in 3 ways:

1. Passively : This is where it happens by magic! You do nothing more than create your Vision board and put it somewhere pleasing. It works on the subconscious mind and your brains’ reticular activating system, at the level below conscious awareness. This passive approach will work for you and the intangible tipping point could take 10 minutes or 10 years depending on the energy around the goals on the board. If you have been working an a goal, had a lot of desire or frustration around the goal and got “stuck” - the action of making your Vision Board and stating your intention visually, somehow releases the “stuck-ness”… and your reality flows into you life on “auto pilot.”

It can also take up to 10 years for some goals, depending on how much change, growth or skill development is required, in order to attract the “end result” that you requested by creating your Vision Board. Realistically and practically, if your goal is to be a doctor or other licensed professional, there is a protocol that must be followed, including many years of study and training. If attracting the perfect relationship is taking longer than desired, there may be some life experience that is required prior to your partner showing up for you. Follow your passion, eg: learn a language, start a hobby, study something, join a group, travel… even if it doesn’t make logical sense. You will find the person will eventually appear. The reality you seek may turn up “when you least expect it” and the very activity you did by following your heart, could be the key to the tipping point.

2. Progressively: This is where you are intentional in your actions and practice some law of attraction focusing and visualization tools a few times per week or intermittently. You are open to receiving the gifts that are brought to you “co-incidentally”, out of the blue. You are expectant but not impatient. You know your “end result” is coming and you tend to your “garden” regularly. Many Law of attraction teachings use the analogy of your mind being a fertile garden and that the thoughts and feelings you “plant” and nurture - practice regularly - will take root, develop and eventually you will see the fruits of your efforts.

3. Passionately This is where you start intentionally training and preparing yourself for the event. A daily practice of focused Mind power, visualizations, affirmations, contemplations, gratitude and success lists and daily actions in the outer world as well as the inner world. This type of intense activity will definitely raise your vibration and create the neural superhighway in the brain so that you will receive greater insights, have more intuitive hits and be able to be “in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing” for you to achieve the results you desire. Its like an “easter egg” hunt, you know its there all you have to do is be willing and able to go get it!

Like all Law of attraction principles - there is a duality attached. How do you stay intentional, be diligent in your practice and then “let go and let God, The Universe… deliver?”

There is a quote “ Stay focused on the end result but flexible in your approach.”

Joe Vitale explains it well - The Goals on the Vision Board are things I want but don’t NEED. Actively working towards your goal will certainly help you achieve it quickly, as long as you remain mindful that it “may be around the next corner.” That means you can’t see it ahead of you, that is why they say “act in faith” or as Goethe said “ move forward confidently in the direction of your dreams…”

Letting go of the neediness around your goals, which sounds easy but not always easy to do… and using a childlike sense of wonderment and expectation, when working with your Vision Board…

will allow that magical tipping point to happen faster than you may realize.

Enjoy your Vision Board, the work you do either actively or passively and the results it brings in the right time.
